  • Choosing a private therapist can offer several advantages, especially in a system where long waitlists are common. In the Netherlands, many people wait months just for an initial diagnosis through insurance-sponsored care, leading to delays in starting treatment. 

    With private therapy, you get quicker access, more flexibility in your treatment plan, and a personalized approach. I aim to provide compassionate, inclusive therapy that goes beyond standard treatment, focusing on truly understanding your unique needs and offering tailored sessions to support your growth and healing.

  • An individual session lasts 60 minutes and costs €90.

    If you’d like to work together but my rate is out of your budget, please reach out. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots.

  • I cannot accept insurance directly. However, some insurance providers offer partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. Please use the details below to check your eligibility with your insurance provider. They may also require a referral from your general practitioner.

  • Currently, I do not have a waiting list. This information is updated regularly to reflect any changes.

  • I offer in-person sessions at the Coachhuis at Wijnhaven 36, 3011 WS Rotterdam.

  • Yes, I offer online sessions as a flexible option for all clients.

  • All information shared during our sessions is confidential, and I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to protect your personal information. Any records or notes are securely stored and accessed only by me.

    Confidentiality may only be disclosed in exceptional circumstances where the safety of you or others is at risk. I will discuss confidentiality and its limits at the beginning of our work together.
