How Do I Work?

In my practice, I take a humanistic approach, which means I want to see you as a whole person, not just a set of labels or diagnoses. I understand that you are complex and may hold diverse, sometimes contradictory aspects of yourself, and that’s completely okay. Unlike the healthcare system, which often focuses on what’s “wrong” with you, I aim to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

In our sessions, I will use an attachment-based and trauma-informed model to help you uncover the roots of your struggles. We’ll work on healing from shame and cultivating compassion, while also shining a light on your positive qualities, strengths, and potential for growth. I believe in an integrative method, blending various evidence-based techniques that are tailored to fit your unique needs.

During our intake session, we’ll discuss your goals and desires, and I will develop a personalized treatment plan just for you. This plan is flexible and can be adjusted whenever you wish, as your feedback is always welcome.
